Why I Started This Company
Our Story
Meet Kameron Lethermon
Lethermon Grade Excavations is owned and led by Kameron Lethermon, an experienced excavation contractor with both military and civilian construction backgrounds serving the Sarasota-Bradenton region.
With a commitment to discipline, safety, precision, and reliability, Kameron built this company on the principles learned through years of service and hands-on construction. Every project is personally overseen to ensure the highest standards.
Kameron oversees every project personally — from the initial site walk and estimate through final grade check. He's built a skilled team that handles the heavy equipment while he focuses on quality control, client communication, and growing the business. "I had a residential grading and sod installation job I needed done to revive and beautify a terribly disused property. I hired Kameron Lethermon to do it and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Despite the small size of the job, I was treated with a level of respect and attention I’d never before received from a contractor. Kameron’s communication is unrivaled, his knowledge undeniable, and his professionalism so good that it was truly a pleasure to do business with him. The crew (Matt, Todd, and Pedro) were professional, skilled, and friendly to the point that a couple looking at the neighboring house for sale made a comment to me during a brief conversation. I whole heartedly recommend this company."
