About Our Ditch Cleaning & Drainage Ditch Excavation Service
A drainage ditch only works when water can actually run through it. Over the years ditches silt in, grass and brush take over, culverts clog, and the flow line flattens out — and the first thing you notice is standing water where it never used to sit, a soggy pasture, or a driveway that floods every summer storm. We clean ditches back out and re-cut them to grade so they move water again.
We dredge out the accumulated silt and muck, clear the overgrowth, re-cut the bottom to a proper fall, and clean out or reset the culverts and driveway pipes that pinch the flow. Where you don't have a ditch yet but need one, we excavate new drainage ditches and swales and shape them to carry water where it belongs. Then we shape and stabilize the banks so the ditch stays open instead of silting right back in.
This is drainage-channel work for farms, ranches, large lots, and rural properties. For yard drainage, French drains, and catch basins, see our drainage solutions; for stormwater infrastructure and retention, see stormwater systems.
Flowing-Again Guarantee
We re-cut your ditch to a proper flow line so water moves through it. If the section we cleaned doesn't drain as promised because of our work, we come back and correct the grade.

Ditch & Swale Work for Farms, Ranches & Rural Lots
Agricultural and rural properties live and die by their drainage. A silted-in field ditch drowns a pasture; a blocked roadside ditch floods the drive; a missing swale sends runoff into the barn or the low corner of the property. Because we run full-size equipment and self-perform the earthwork, we can clean and re-cut long field and boundary ditches, add new swales, and reset culverts across acreage in a single mobilization.
We handle the whole job — clearing overgrowth, dredging silt, re-cutting to grade, setting culverts, and hauling off or spreading the spoil — and coordinate any drainage or right-of-way permit that a rural ditch requires. The result is a drainage system that moves water off the working parts of the property so the ground stays usable through Florida's wet season.
