3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided through this website or in person are non-binding proposals unless a formal agreement is signed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Actual project costs may vary based on site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during work.
4. Project Agreements
All excavation work is performed under a written project agreement or work order that specifies scope, pricing, timeline, and terms. This website does not constitute a binding agreement for services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
6. Insurance & Liability
Lethermon Grade Excavations maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual project agreements.
