Owner Kameron Lethermon leads from the field, not from behind a desk. You'll work alongside the owner and learn directly from someone with military and civilian construction experience.

Equipment Operator
Experienced excavator, bulldozer, and skid steer operator for residential and commercial site preparation projects.
CDL Truck Driver
CDL-A driver for dump truck and equipment hauling. Local routes, home every night.
Site Laborer
General site labor including grade checking, pipe installation, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
Estimator / Project Coordinator
Experienced construction estimator to prepare excavation bids and coordinate project scheduling.
